I love French Food

For the first few months of this year, you could find me singing every Friday night at Le Provence, in Bucerias, Mexico. Le Provence is a French restaurant where Chef Eric Manifacier from Marseille, France, and his lovely wife Christiane Lauks, serve the most delectable French cuisine I have ever tasted. Everything Chef Eric makes is out of this world delicious and fresh – so of course, one immediately understands why reservations are a MUST. It’s a seasonal restaurant, but dining at Le Provence is like having your very own Personal Chef. Oooh La! La!

It was a wonderful experience! While singing on the terrace under the stars and beautiful moonlight, I found myself extra sensitive and grateful for the music. I had so much fun and it was always very romantic. My special song selection for the restaurant was that of traditional jazz and I also sang lots of these jazz standards with a Latin flare. A perfect compliment for fine dining.
Bucerias, Mexico is full of wonderful surprises! It’s a quiet and quaint little village about 20 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta, that’s still authentic Mexican. There’s soft sanded beaches, art galleries, studios and stores, health spas, great shopping, and amazing restaurants. Whatever your choice, casual dining or fine dining – the restaurants here in this little Mexican village are the biggest surprise of all! Whether you enjoy Mexican fare, Italian, Asian, Fresh Seafood, or French food, you are sure to be pleased. I love creative cooking!

It was actually the fabulous restaurants that helped me fall in love with Bucerias, and why it is the perfect destination for Foodies like me. One of my favorite restaurants in Bucerias is Le Provence. Check it out!
