The writing is on the wall. Keep Portland Weird.

Music (talented musicians, singers and dancers a plenty), Food (gourmet, farmer’s markets, local and fresh, amazing restaurants), Drink (wines, particularly Pinot Noir and countless delicious craft beers), Scenery (vibrant neighborhoods, gardens, gorgeous landscapes and waterfalls), Creative Arts (numerous weekend fairs and festivals, galleries,  street art including murals and sculptures). Beautiful people from all walks of life with a strong sense of community.
Japanese Garden. Portland

Oh my goodness! I truly could go on and on and on about what makes Portland so weird. I love exploring, and I have lived here for a year, just a little south west of Portland – there’s so much to see an do.  I love it here!

Musically I have had the great pleasure and opportunity to sing at some wonderful private parties. Being crazy for jazz music, early on I went to some fabulous Jazz Jams and got to sit in with some fine musicians. The Jazz Jams are at Clyde’s Prime Rib Restaurant in Portland with Ron Steen. There’s another Jazz Jam with Tom Grant at Tommy O’s Pacific Rim Bistro in Vancouver, WA. There’s also a Jazz Jam in Hillsboro with Laura Cunard at Coyote’s Bar and Grill.

I hope you will come back and visit me here again. Or better still,…. hope to see you soon while I’m singing and dancing. Keep Portland Weird!
